We hope that ASAP will provide you with a convenient and easy way to view, add or update plan participant account information, obtain reporting information and perform stock option evaluation functions. In consideration of Computershare providing you access to ASAP, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions in order to remain an authorized user. You are solely responsible for your use of ASAP, for all use made by others using your username and password, and for ensuring that such use complies fully with these terms and conditions.

Computershare cautions you not to share personal information such as your access ID or Personal Identification Number, or PIN, with anyone else, since that could enable unauthorized people to access information about your company and personal information about your employees. It is your sole responsibility to control the dissemination and use of your password. Computershare will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions, communications, acts or omissions that occur through the unauthorized use of your user name and password by any person or entity using a password provided to you.
